SPCWC was on location for several Earth Day related community events on Sunday, April 19, 2009, in Cupertino and Sunnyvale.  Take a minute to see some candid moments in our new Community Gallery.

On January 8th I took a walk with Jeffrey Caldwell a well know local plant expert and Joanne McFarlin to look at the area below the dam down to McClellan Ranch with a eye toward restoration potential.

We saw the good the bad and the ugly but at the end of the day we felt that there was a good deal of potential for improvement.
