State Water Resources Regional Water Quailty Control Board The Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay Basin (Basin Plan) is the Board's master water quality control planning document. It designates beneficial uses and water quality objectives for waters of the State, including surface waters and groundwater. It also includes programs of implementation to achieve water quality objectives. The Basin Plan has been adopted and approved by the State Water Resources Control Board, U.S. EPA, and the Office of Administrative Law where required.

The Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program The Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program (Program) is an association of thirteen cities and towns in the Santa Clara Valley, together with Santa Clara County and the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Program participants share a common permit to discharge storm water to South San Francisco Bay, California.

Guadalupe Coyote RCD Mission Statement
To achieve conservation of resources in accordnce with Division 9 of the Public Resources Code, the GCRCD will promote sustainable agriculture. The District supports well-defined urban boundaries for the preservation of open space and farmlands and for the proper long term redevelopment of our cities into sustainable partners in their bioregions. We will promote rangeland management practices for the preservation of species diversity and proper watershed management of wetlands and riparian corridors for protection of wildlife, aquatic resources and water quality. We believe that biodiversity and habitat preservation for other species is of crucial importance for future generations.
